If you've ever tried baking your own bread...
...you may have had limited success, or inconsistent results and been left asking lots of questions. There are, of course, a ton books and recipes available but there's nothing like getting stuck in and learning from an experienced baker.
In my classes I will answer your questions and explain what makes for a great loaf (or roll or bun), and you get to bake delicious bread to take home and share.
Who are my breadmaking classes for?
All my classes are for beginners and improvers - whether you want to learn the basics of everyday bread, or try something different, such as a Mediterranean, Scandinavian or sourdough breadmaking class.
Classes are small, with a maximum of four, which allows everyone a chance to questions and really get to grips with this bread-making lark.
When and where?
Classes take place at my home in Brighton, Sussex. By learning to bake bread in a domestic kitchen, you'll be able to take what you've learned and replicate it at home. No special equipment or alchemy; have a look at the baking class information page for more details and to book.
